Ahouz models are infinitely configurable in the type and color of exterior and interior finishes. The type of exterior finish has a significant impact on energy efficiency.
These are our recommended options for finishes. There are several color options for each finish. We are continually looking for new, efficient and quality finishes to offer different options and greater variety.

Natural material, with excellent thermal and acoustic insulation. Extraordinary blending for wooded outdoors.

Standard Finishing
Floor and Ceiling
Floor
As a standard solution for homes, the kitchen and bathroom floors are made of PVC floating floors, and the remaining rooms are made of floating floors.
In the smaller models, the floor is entirely made of floating PVC fittings due to its excellent properties of water resistance, durability and comfort.
Ceiling
The standard configuration consists of 20cm wide white PVC paneling with exposed wooden beams. In houses there is the option of plasterboard ceilings.
